How to Order from us

How to Order / Pay

NOTE: We normally only ship within the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and certain Channel Islands

There are three options to pay;-
1) You can buy on line and pay by Credit / Debit card. We accept these;-



These Cards are processed by Pay Pal's secure server but you DO NOT have to join Pay Pal to use them.

2) If you have a Pay Pal account you can log onto it via the check out process and pay from your account.
Both of the above options are entirely free for you to use.

3) If you don't want to buy on line click on the Order Form Button at the bottom of any product page and then click on your browsers print icon to print out the Order Form. Fill it in and Post it to us with a cheque / Postal Order for the full amount. If you cannot print out the Order form just write to us and tell us what you want and again include your payment.

Note - Live Rotifers & Micro Algae Cultures are posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery and need a signature.

We cannot accept credit / debit card orders over the phone
We cannot accept any orders over the phone
We cannot accept e-mail orders
We do not give credit to anyone
We do not give discounts to trade customers
If you cancel your order before shipment then a 10% handling fee will be deducted from your payment
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible
Orders placed on Wednesdays after 19-00 hrs to Sundays up to 17-00 hrs inclusive will be posted on the following Monday.
An invoice will be sent out with your purchase

We will try and follow your delivery instructions but by accepting your order we are under no obligation to do so.
